Renovation & extension of 5 bedroom detached villa

Wimbledon Village, South West London

Last year we worked alongside architects on a full scale renovation of a 5 bedroom detached property in Wimbledon Village. New flooring was added to match the original parquet; windows & doors were sensitively replaced throughout and a further 2 bedrooms & guest bathroom were added as part of a loft conversion to provide a spacious home for a family of five. Our client’s personal art collection and a selection of heirloom furniture items have been incorporated into a bright & sunny scheme to create a characterful space to grow with the family for many years to come.
